About N2 Consulting

N2 Consulting is a company that specializes in helping apprentice cooks get to the next level in their careers.  It is our goal to see every apprentice excel in the Culinary domain.

 

We have been working in Hospitality Change Management, Project Management and Operations since 2017 and ss consultants, we help to create and improve food services from concept, design and implementation.  We use a combination of continuous improvements methods, project management and change management techniques.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, we have managed and operated many different types of operations including high volume, multi unit including brands, fine dining and fast casual service.  This gives us a unique advantage and allows us to transfer our knowledge to different types of food services.

We have also had the opportunity to co-plan two multi million-dollar venues from the concept, design to day-to-day operations that were recently that have opened across the country.
